Zambia ratified the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) on May 23, 2008. In 2010, the ITC Project collaborated with researchers from the University of Zambia to establish the ITC Zambia (ZM) Survey. ITC ZM Survey has conducted two waves of adult tobacco users and non-users aged 15 and older.
