This Supplementary Report builds on our previous submission to the Māori Affairs Select Committee. In the context of our key recommendation for a law requiring a phase-out of tobacco sales, this Report outlines solutions to potential problems that could arise during the phase-out of tobacco sales in New Zealand (eg, over the next decade). We consider that there are practical solutions to all the potential problems.
