Nick Wilson is an Associate Professor of Public Health at the University of Otago in New Zealand, as well as the co-Director of the BODE3 Programme, a programme involving health economics of primary prevention.
Nick trained as a medical doctor, and then decided to specialize as a public health physician. His research interests include tobacco use epidemiology and control, infectious disease control, climate change and air pollution, disarmament and peace and conflict studies, public health and New Zealand history, and the use of movies and novels for teaching public health themes.
