Dana Komer

Dana Komer joined the ITC team in 2012 and is ITC's Administrative Officer responsible for the human resources, administration, finance, and grant coordination for the ITC Project.

Before joining the ITC team, Dana worked as the Manager for Learning Services within Global Learning at Research In Motion. In 2010, she received an award for being one of Kitchener-Waterloo’s Top 40 Under 40 for her combination of local business, music, and community contributions. She has also worked at the York Health Economics Consortium, University of York in the UK as a project administrator and as an Instructor within Business Communications, Professional Writing, and English Language Studies at Conestoga College. Dana completed a Bachelor of Arts --English Literature, Spanish Minor at University of Waterloo as well as a teaching certification for Adult Learners of English as a Second Language.
