Michelle assists with research administration, knowledge translation, and support functions within the ITC lab including preparation of grant applications and progress reports, maintenance of various databases and records, social media co-ordination, maintenance of the ITC Project website, production of the ITC newsletter, and the training and leadership of new research assistants and co-op students.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Adult Development, Families, and Well-Being from the University of Guelph and a post-graduate certificate in Community and Social Services Management from Conestoga College. Prior to joining the ITC Project full-time in 2014, Michelle worked as a Program and Facilities Associate with the City of Waterloo.
